Alpensteig in Kempten

Lockdown "Light": THE time to really support the local gastronomy. We did that and ordered it from the "Alpensteig". Even "before Corona" we were regular guests in the lovely restaurant, but the ToGo variant is in no way inferior to the on-site experience in terms of taste. Great schnitzel, great salad, great potato noodles! In contrast to the gastronomic competition, the delivery time was very fast. That was certainly not our last order, even if we hope that the restaurant can reopen on site soon. Hold on! ;)

We can only endorse the entries - no matter what we ordered, it tasted great and the quality was top. The whole family (4) just left the restaurant happy. Attentive and very friendly service. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Everything is just perfect. The service was friendly, fast and very helpful, the food was great, the location was cozy and rustic and the hygiene regulations were complied with 100%. We loved it.

Attention butter lovers, you will definitely get your money's worth here. Was a guest with my girlfriend in the Alpensteig and we went back blissfully. Cozy and inviting, lovingly furnished guest room. The taste was amazing, I had a grin on my face from the first bite. Great portions for good eaters and the prices are reasonable. The Alpensteig team gave my friends and me a great evening yesterday! There was an outdoor event with Thomas Wohlfahrt (thank you very much for the music) and there was also a wedding party in the house - so there was a lot to do. Nevertheless our drinks and food came quickly, tasted great (many thanks to the chef) and the staff was super friendly! We felt comfortable and in good hands! I am already looking forward to my next visit and can only recommend the cozy restaurant! If you can't get a seat, you can take your meal with you. If that is not possible because the Alpensteig team is working to capacity, then you better come back another time. Because quality is not only important to me / you, but also to the Alpensteig team!

We went to the Tiroler Hut to eat in the Alpensteig, which in itself is a real highlight. In addition, everything was very tasty and plentiful. The owner is a real gold treasure, because she also went out of her way to ensure that our hen party was a real experience. Thank you very much for the great support, even if it was certainly more difficult than usual due to the Corona requirements! A clear recommendation for the Alpensteig, cozy and delicious food in a great atmosphere.

Was at the hat dinner with friends, which I liked very much, and tasted. The sauces, as well as the different butters, were a pleasure. A special thank you goes to the very attentive service staff, who often asked about everything. You absolutely do not go out hungry after this meal. I can only recommend!

We (both vegetarian) were completely satisfied with our visit to the Alpensteig. The hygiene concept lives up to its name and is consistently implemented - first of all thank you and praise. The service was quick, attentive as well as personable and humorous. The food, cheese sparrows and Tyrolean triad, was an absolute dream. Seldom eaten so well and therefore gladly 5 points from our side. Perfect dining experience in Kempten.

Very nice place with a very nice atmosphere. Food is very good, was there for the second time. Service very friendly, quick and left nothing to be desired. The culinary art is fabulous. There is a star deduction for the menu, which was unfortunately a bit stained for me and the spelling mistake that I mentioned when I visited the restaurant was still on the menu. Unfortunately, the lighting on a toilet was defective. Otherwise, the restaurant is a real asset for Kempten. Keep it up.

Super delicious food, large portions, very nice service, nice atmosphere - everything was great! Even birthday decorations were appropriate - very attentive! :) We will definitely drop by again!

Cozy, friendly. Tried two dishes so far. Was good, plentiful and tasty. Maybe a little too spicy / salty for me. Steaks also looked super tasty and were probably good too. Would love to come back and find my favorite food on the menu, there is still a lot to try.

This is a lovely place with a good service

Very pleasant atmosphere. If you consider that everything is decorated by own handwork then one can only say hat off absolutely respectable. This culinary oasis nestled in the middle of the great old town leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen puts you directly to Tyrol. Good price performance ratio and worth the visit.
